Provide customer service to handle enquires and complaints

Responsible for data entries, document checking

Support ad hoc projects when required

 

Requirements       

HKCEE/DSE or above

Prior Customer Service experience is highly preferred

Proficient in Chinese/ English typing

Proactive, responsible, diligent and detailed minded

5 days work per week
