Summary

What you will do:

  • Achieve individual sales and volume targets as set forth in the Personal Business Plan; track and review progress monthly with Director of Sales and Associate Director of Sales.
  • Systematically and efficiently call on accounts within location and report findings and opportunities to the Associate Director of Sales and Director of Sales.
  • Pre-qualify and target key accounts, and develop appropriate and effective sales solicitation strategies to increase hotel’s market share.
  • Conduct regular Market Surveys and Competitor Research.

Qualifications

  • Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Hospitality / Tourism Management.
  • Minimum 2 years of similar experience in large scale hospitality establishment desirable.
  • Good presentation and interpersonal skills are a must.
