We are looking for Store Manager to lead the team for our new bakery store to be opened in 2026.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operation of the store and monitor performance of the team
- Train staff to perform their duties and provide excellent customer services
- Uphold high standards of food quality, hygiene, product presentation and customer service
- Develop and execute strategic sales and operational plans to maximize revenue and profitability
Qualifications & Experience Required
- Higher Diploma or above
- 8 years of operational experience in relevant industry (with at least 3 years of supervisory experience)
- Presentable, pleasant, self-motivated and customer-oriented
- Strong leadership skills and communication skills
- Good command of Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin) and English
