*Resident Senior Survey Officer (Quantity) 駐地盤高級測量主任(工料) (Job ID# 10574)

WSP (Asia) Limited has been appointed by Civil Engineering and Development Department as the consultant for the construction contract for Contract No. ND/2024/11 – Improvement to So Kwun Po Interchange. The works mainly comprise (1) construction of north-south link road of about 700m connecting Pak Wo Road and San Wan Road; (2) reconstruction of sections of So Kwun Po Road near North District Park; (3) widening of the north-western slip road from So Kwun Po Road to San Wan Road; (4) reconstruction/ realignment of So Kwun Po Road between Kai Leung Roundabout and Pak Wo Road; (5) improvement works at the junction of San Wan Road and the proposed north-south link road; (6) improvement works at the junction of Pak Wo Road and So Kwun Po Road; (7) construction of a lift and a staircase linking San Wan Road and elevated So Kwun Po Road; (8) construction of a pedestrian subway across So Kwun Po Road near Pak Wo Road; (9) re-provision of the skating rink within North District Park affected by the road works; and (10) associated works including geotechnical, landscape, drainage, water, electrical and mechanical, environmental mitigations, street lighting and utilities works, as well as installation of street furniture and traffic aids. The works have commenced in August 2026 and will take about 54 months to complete.

香港特別行政區政府土木工程署委派科進顧問(亞洲)有限公司為工程合約編號 ND/2024/11 – 掃管埔交匯處改善工程的工程顧問公司。

上述合約的工程範圍包括 (1) 建造一條約700米長的南北連接道路，連接百和路與新運路； (2) 重建北區公園附近的掃管埔路部分路段； (3) 擴闊由掃管埔路通往新運路的西北支路； (4) 重建及重新定線介乎雞嶺迴旋處與百和路之間的掃管埔路； (5) 改善新運路與擬建南北連接道路的路口； (6) 改善百和路與掃管埔路的路口； (7) 建造連接新運路與高架掃管埔路的升降機及樓梯； (8) 建造一條近百和路橫跨掃管埔路的行人隧道； (9) 重置受道路工程影響在北區公園內的滾軸溜冰場；以及 (10) 相關工程，包括岩土工程、園境美化、排水、供水、安裝隔音屏、電力及機械工程、環境緩解措施、街道照明及公用設施工程，以及安裝街道設施和交通輔助設施。工程將於 2026 年8月展開，需約 54 個月完成。

• Diploma or Higher Certificate from Construction Industry Council in Hong Kong / Hong Kong Institute of Construction / Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education / Technical Institute or Technical College of Vocational Training Council / Polytechnic university / polytechnic in Hong Kong or equivalent in an appropriate discipline; and
• At least 7 years’ relevant post-qualification experience; or
• At least 7 years’ relevant experience as Resident Survey Officer (Quantity) or equivalent in appropriate discipline in public works projects or those listed in Section 4.5.2 of the RSS Management Handbook.
• 持有香港建造業議會 / 香港建造學院 / 香港專業教育學院 / 職業訓練局轄下的工業學院或科技學院 / 香港其中一間理工大學 / 理工學院頒發相關學科的文憑
• 或高級證書或同等資格；及
• 具有最少七年於取得該等資格後之相關工作經驗；或
• 最少七年在公共工程項目或駐工地人員管理手冊中 4.5.2 章節列出的認可工程項目中擔任駐地盤測量主任(工料)或同等職位之相關工作經驗。

* The language proficiency requirements of Level 2 Note or above in Chinese Language and English Language in HKDSEE/ HKCEE or equivalent shall be met.

* 語文能力要求具備香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科及英國語文科第 2

級成績備註或以上，或具備同等學歷。

Note: Grade C and Grade E in Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B) in the HKCEE before 2007 are accepted administratively as comparable to Level 3 and Level 2 respectively in Chinese Language and English Language in the 2007 HKCEE and henceforth.
