Manager, IPO & Equities (HK & US Markets)

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the full IPO process in Hong Kong and the US, including subscription application processing, grey market trading, allocation result follow-up, and refund processing

• Handle daily operations of secondary market trading for Hong Kong and US stocks, including order processing, settlement, and reconciliation

• Monitor US pre-market/after-hours trading, handle related exceptions, and customer inquiries

• Assist in business research and system testing for new market/exchange integration

• Ensure business operations comply with the regulations of the SFC, SEC, and relevant regulatory authorities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related discipline

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Hong Kong or US stock operations, with IPO experience preferred

• Understanding of Hong Kong grey market trading mechanisms, with relevant platform operation experience preferred

• Familiar with US market rules and understanding of the DTC settlement system

• SFC Type 1 (Dealing in Securities) license or equivalent is a strong advantage

• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese(Cantonese and/or Mandarin)
