Public Area Supervisor

Responsibilities: 

• Responsible for the cleanliness & maintenance of all hotel public area to ensure a clean environment 
• Ensure the guest services and cleanliness of hotel public area are up to hotel’s standard
• Supervise and coach Public Area Attendants on daily duties to ensure smooth operation
• Monitor inventory of cleaning equipment and Chemicals as well as housekeeping equipment to fulfill the budgetary control and operation requirements in various departments

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of Housekeeping experience with at least 1 year in similar position (experience in 5-star hotel / international hotel chain is preferred)
• Good command of written and spoken Chinese and basic level of English
• With formal vocational training in hotel operation is a plus
