(Senior) Foreman / Supervisor (M&E)

Job Duties:

• Site coordination with Client Representatives, Main Contractor and Subcontractors to coordinate sequence of works, and tackle all technical issues regarding to site installation
• Conduct regular site inspection and report to the project manager the progress of work, and any non-conformity in related to material delivered, work compliance to contract, drawing and workmanship
• Forecast and review progress of work and coordinate with subcontractor to ensure sufficient labor force

Job Requirements:

• Higher certificate holder or above in related discipline
• Holder of REW
• Minimum 6 years' site supervision construction work or relevant experience in M&E projects
• Hard working and self-motivated
• Strong leadership and communication skills
