Accounting Clerk - Part-time (3 or 12-month Contract)

Job Highlights:

The Accounting Clerk is responsible for supporting accounting operations and system transformation of property development business. Being part of the Finance team, you will report to the Deputy Manager. We're looking for a motivated and proactive candidate to take up this part-time position on a contract basis (3-month or 12-month).

 

Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily accounting function and provide general accounting support
  • Prepare payment and bank transactions
  • Prepare debit notes and settlement input
  • Prepare audit schedules
  • Perform data input for system transformation
  • Provide clerical/ administrative support
  • Carry out ad hoc projects when required

 

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or above in Accountancy or Finance
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience, undergraduate are welcomed
  • Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Familiar with MS Office Applications
  • Self-motivated, well-organized and attention to detail
  • Immediate availability is preferred
  • Contract period: 3 months or 12 months (subject to role assignment)
