Senior / Guest Services Manager (5-day work week)

Job Description:

• Oversee the daily operations of the Front Office Department to ensure the highest standards of service are maintained.
• Monitor and address guest feedback, including comments and complaints related to service standards, and take necessary actions to deliver exceptional hospitality.
• Perform additional ad hoc duties as assigned.
• Familiar with OPERA Cloud systems is an advantage

Job Requirement:

• Degree or Diploma holder of Hotel Industry or Hospitality
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience gained in hospitality industry.
• Good communication skills
• Good command of both spoken and written Cantonese, English and Mandarin
