Manager, Securities System Development

- Perform shift work based on global trading hours to provide multi-market system maintenance support;
- Develop system modification plans based on business/exchange requirements and regulatory requirements;
- Handle system anomalies promptly during Hong Kong and overseas market trading hours;
- Conduct comprehensive system testing and electronic trading channel testing for various requirements;
- Update user manuals in a timely manner after system modifications;
- Support securities system-related modifications and testing work;
- Assist in revising global stock trading policies and procedures.
- Degree holder or equivalent to Hong Kong Qualifications Framework Level 5 or above;
- Have at least three years of relevant work experience in financial institutions;
- Possess experience in system development/implementation project management;
- Ability to coordinate internal and external/front-end and back-end stakeholders to ensure the smooth implementation of critical systems (e.g., Uncertificated Securities Market (USM), Accelerated Settlement for Hong Kong Cash Market (T+1));
- Ability to work independently and be proactive;
- Fluent in spoken and written English; proficiency in Mandarin and Cantonese is preferred
