Assistant Security Manager

Responsibilities:  

  • To be in charge of the security function of the estate, lead and direct sub-ordinates to provide quality services with high disciplines
  • Handle emergency incidents; compile and review security-related documents e.g. security services contracts, concurrence reports and incident reports
  • Plan security for special and high-risk events
  • Develop budgets for security operations
  • Order security-related supplies and equipment as needed
  • Implement the work of company's quality environmental and occupational, health and safety.
  • Perform any ad-hoc tasks as assigned


Requirements: 

  • Degree / Diploma holder
  • 5-8 years or above relevant security experience, preferably in property management
  • A holder of a valid QAS certificate and security personnel permit
  • Proficiency in PC applications
  • Good command of Written English &, Chinese and spoken English
  • Strong and effective leadership with solid people and team management
  • Strong Sense of self-discipline & responsibility
