Responsibilities:
- Have a strategy to drive a team to achieved the sales target;
- Clear mindset and fully understand on business objectives and all promotional activities;
- Coaching and set up individual target to teammates, to enhance their knowledge, skills, and abilities to be the brand ambassador
- Deliver professional services and maintain positive relationship on Customer Service
- Monitor Visual Merchandise to ensure a line on brand guideline;
- Report to Area Manager
Requirements:
- 8 years or above relevant working experience in fashion retail and at least 3 years in shop managerial role with excellent management and coaching skills;
- Strong sense in sales, KPI performance and market intelligence with good analytical skills;
- Knowledgeable in apparel, i.e. materials, wear ability, and functionality;
- Knowledge of stock rotation and inventory control;
- Fluent speaking in Cantonese, Mandarin; Good command of English will be an advantage.
