CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER

Job Responsibilities

• Assist the Property Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Retail Development in Tung Chung
• Assist in Rental and Management fee collection, including issuing notices, following up with tenants, and coordinating with Owner to ensure timely payments
• Supervise the frontline staff and enforce in-house rules to ensure high standards of customer and security services
• Handle tenant and customer enquiries and complaints promptly, professionally, and in a customer-oriented manner
• Periodically review and enhance emergency response procedures to ensure readiness and compliance
• Coordinate with internal and external parties on property-related matters, including but not limited to cleaning & securities services, repairs & renovations, scheduling, monitoring and follow-up of maintenance activities, etc…
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal parties, service vendors, suppliers, tenants and government authorities on property and security management matters
• Manage emergency incidents and prepare incident reports for the Property Manager
• Conduct regular site patrols to identify areas for improvement and ensure smooth building operations
• Participate in ad hoc projects and tasks assigned by the superior.

Job Requirements

• Diploma holder or above, preferably in Property Management, Real Estate or related disciplines
• 5 years or above supervisory experience in property management industry, experience in Retail is preferred
• Holder of Security Personnel Permit and QAS certificate
• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
