Operations Overview

The Operations Line acts as the backbone of the bank, encompassing departments such as the Executive Office, Human Resources, Finance Management, Operations Management, General Affairs Management and Asset & Liability Management. Together, these teams ensure seamless execution, regulatory compliance, strategic planning, and operational efficiency, driving the bank’s success through robust governance, talent development, financial stewardship, and risk management.

Stream may assign, including but not limited to the following:

1.     Bank Operations

2.     Finance and Tax Management

3.     Human Resources Management

4.     Asset and Liability Management

5.     Public Policy Research

6.     Procurement & Administration

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or above from an accredited university

• Proactive, self-motivated and a good team player

• Excellent communication and analytical skills

• Strong passions to develop career in banking profession

• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese, fluent Putonghua is a plus
