We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Network Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supporting networks within the banking and finance industry and a proven track record of building low-latency data center networks from the ground up. This role is critical to ensuring the stability, scalability, and performance of our network infrastructure to meet the demands of our business operations.

Job Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy low-latency networks from scratch to support high-performance banking and financial applications.
• Manage and maintain the day-to-day operations of the network infrastructure, ensuring high availability and minimal downtime.
• Monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to optimize performance.
• Lead network-related projects, including upgrades, migrations, and new implementations, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business-critical initiatives.
• Ensure the network infrastructure complies with industry standards and regulatory requirements for the banking and finance sector.
• Work closely with vendors and service providers to procure, deploy, and maintain network equipment and services.
• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and provide network solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelors’ Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering or other information technology-focused field of study.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in network management in the banking and finance industry.
• Proven experience in designing and building low-latency data center networks from the ground up.
• Strong knowledge of network protocols, routing, and switching (e.g., BGP, OSPF, MPLS).
• Hands-on experience with data center technologies, including SDN, VXLAN, and spine-leaf architecture.
• Familiarity with network security tools and practices, such as firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection/prevention systems.
• CCNP, CCIE, or equivalent certifications.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese; fluency in Putonghua and other dialects an advantage

Good to have

• Cloud networking certifications (e.g., AWS, Azure) are a plus.
• knowledge in Huawei, H3C and Sangfor network product are a plus.
