About the Role

As a Wellness Supervisor (Club Attendant Team), you will be managing the key aspects of guest room operations to ensure a smooth and personalized experience aligned with Shangri-La’s service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise Club Attendants and ensure daily operations are carried out efficiently and in accordance with Hotel standard.
• Welcome guests and provide attentive service within the Wellness Club facilities.
• Oversee cleaning activities and ensure compliance with the Club's hygiene, health and safety standards.
• Monitor the usage, inventory, and par stock levels of equipment and supplies.
• Conduct regular inventory checks and support the overall operation of the Wellness Centre.

About You

• At least 4 years of housekeeping / public area cleaning experience in Hotel / Spa / Wellness Centre, including minimum a year in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership, communications and organizational skills.
• Good command of spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
