Job Responsibilities:

To lead a security team to ensure the safety of hostel guests, visitors & staff;
To supervise the subordinates to perform security duties including access control, visitor registration, car park management, patrolling , emergency incidents handling and investigation etc.;
To monitor and ensure the smooth operations of security system;
To assist in formulating security policies & procedures in compliance with related Ordinance and Hostel license requirements;
To manage the security team, including duty roster scheduling, performance evaluation and training etc. &
To increase security & safety awareness of staff through trainings, drills & tasks.

Job Requirements:

A minimum of 7 years relevant experience with at least 3 years in supervisory level;
Security License and Green Card holder;
Holder of First Aid Certificate is preferable &
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
