Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the full spectrum of banquet and event operations and ensure all events are set up and executed in accordance with Event Orders.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for hosts during events, handling special requests, feedback, and any unforeseen challenges swiftly.
  • Lead the Banquet Services Team to maintain the highest level of professional service.
  • Work closely with the Event Sales Team to ensure smooth transition and execution.
  • Manage the inventory of banquet chinaware, glassware, linen and equipment.
  • Maintain strict adherence to food safety, hygiene and occupational health and safety regulations.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in Hospitality Management or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in banquet or catering service management, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role.
  • Detail-oriented, well-organized and capable of working on shift, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems, inventory management tools, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
