Housekeeping Supervisor 樓層督導員

Job Duties 主要職責:

• Maintain cleanliness throughout the property
  維持酒店整體環境整潔
• Create welcoming and comfortable spaces for guests
  為客人營造溫馨舒適的空間
• Enhance our guests’ overall sanctuary experience
  提升客人整體的入住體驗
• Provide warm greetings and thoughtful support
  提供溫暖與貼心的服務
• Ensure everything is in place by managing our housekeeping trolley, linen closet etc.
  確保各項物品擺放妥當、供應齊全，包括管理房務部工作車及布草間等
• Maintain clear communication within the department
  維持部門清晰且有效的溝通

Job Requirement 職位要求:

• Minimum 3 years’ relevant working experience
  具三年或以上相關工作經驗
• Familiar with cleaning chemicals and sanitation standards
  熟悉清潔化學用品及衛生標準
• Effective leader, strong problem solver and team player
  具備出色的領導能力、解難能力及團隊合作精神
• Excellent time management, multitasking and conflict resolution
  具備優秀的時間管理、同時兼顧多項任務及化解衝突能力
• Good command of spoken and written Cantonese, Mandarin and English
  良好的粵語、普通話及英語口語及書寫能力
• Proficient in computer skills
  熟悉電腦操作及相關辦公軟件應用
