Telephone Operator 電話服務員 (5 Days Work 5 天工作制)

Job Descriptions:

• Conduct daily operation at the Services Centre to handle all incoming guests’ call properly with courteous manner under the hotel policy and procedure
• Provide efficient and professional services to guests through telecommunication
• Manage the hotel general email box and refer to related Departments for taking prompt upon request
• Perform other ad hoc job duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Form 5 or above with related experience
• Service oriented with good communication skills
• Good computer skills and any kind of hotel PMS knowledge is an advantage
• Good command of both English and Chinese
• Fresh graduates will also be considered
