Procurement / Quality Assurance Manager

Job Duties:

• Lead and manage the Quality Assurance function for property management operations in Hong Kong.
• Own the maintenance and continual improvement of ISO management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001), perform audit functions to facilitate mandatory requirements.
• Maintain supplier/contractor database.
• Coordinate with internal and external parties to perform QA functions for sites’ operational needs.
• Lead and oversee the Administration team supporting the Group’s relevant policy and daily business activities.
• Support implementation of quality, environmental, and health & safety initiatives across the region.
• Handle ad hoc projects and duties as assigned.

Requirements / Qualifications:

• Degree in Quality Management, Business Administration, Property Management, Procurement, or a related discipline
• At least 5 years’ solid experience in quality management / procurement process implementation and reinforcement of which 2 years in managerial level
• Familiar with ISO 9001 Quality Management System, ISO 14001 Environmental Management System and ISO 45001 Occupational Health & Safety Management System
• Strong team spirit, communication, and problem-solving skills.
