Open for lunch and dinner seven days a week. Set lunch, a la carte menu, and free parking are available.

Responsibilities

• Work in Shikigiku Japanese Restaurant
• Perform day-to-day restaurant operations
• Maintain the high standards of service at the restaurant
• Provide professional service to guests and demonstrate product knowledge
• Lead, supervise and train the team to deliver high-quality of customer service

Requirements

• Diploma or above in hotel management or related discipline
• 3-5 year of relevant experience in Japanese Restaurant
• Cheerful, pleasant and outgoing personality
• Good in spoken English & Mandarin
