Job Duties:

  • Oversee building maintenance, repairs, renovations, and project works. Prepare schedules, review progress, and provide technical solutions.
  • Work with internal teams on tenant requirements, fit‑out/reinstatement, and tenancy‑related works.
  • Serve as the key technical interface for tenant-related requests, ensuring ensuring clear communication on scope, timelines, and site conditions.
  • Conduct building surveys, inspections, and monitor work progress & supervise maintenance contractors and suppliers to ensure quality service.
  • Prepare and manage annual maintenance budgets.
  • Coordinate consultancy services and lead renovation or improvement projects.
  • Implement quality, environmental, and health & safety standards for the company’s operations
  • Perform any ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

  • Degree in relevant discipline, with relevant professional qualifications such as MHKIE/MHKIA an advantage
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience with at least 5 years at managerial level
  • Strong leadership and effective communication skill
  • Strong sense of self-discipline & responsibility
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
