Assistant Digital Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Create and execute social media campaigns that will generate leads, drive quality traffic and fans / followers’ engagement
  • As content creations lead for social media platforms
  • Community management on hotel’s social media accounts
  • Manage multiple social media accounts using Business Manager, Ad Manager, Sprinklr, etc.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of the creative, compelling, and targeted digital communications activity and campaigns
  • Manage the creation and implementation of engaging content on the hotel’s website and social media channels, email campaigns and digital advertising as instructed by eComm Manager
  • Assist eComm Manager in dealing with agency for digital advertising including SEM, SEO, PPC, display ads and paid social ads to drive website traffic and conversions
  • Assist eComm Manager in ensure all the digital assets including but not limited to images and videos are correctly displayed on official website, mobile app, OTAs, social media and whenever applicable
  • Generate monthly reports on social media performance with the ability to study and analyse figures to improve campaign performance
  • Prepare monthly marketing reports related to digital marketing initiatives
  • Provide digital marketing services support for hotel’s key departments
  • Assist to evaluate requests for media stays (websites, bloggers, etc.) and digital advertising for the approval of the Director of Marketing and Communications and eCommerce Manager

Requirements: 

  • Work Experience (Assist Mgr Level): 3 years' experience in web/online marketing and a minimum 1 year developing and directing online community and communications initiatives.
  • Work Experience (Exec Level): 1 year experience in web/online marketing.
  • A Web 3.0 enthusiast (with a solid knowledge of blogger relations, community engagement, viral marketing, widget development) and an appreciation of offline marketing toolkits. Understanding the latest trends and have skill sets covering the whole online marketing mix (including affiliates, PPC, display, email, search, data generation and CRM).
  • Demonstrated experience in digital marketing (Blogs, online communities) and use of social networking tools to promote business objectives.
  • Demonstrated experience in content creations / content marketing
  • Good analytical skills with an ability to interpret data and insight to generate commercial advantage with a keen understanding of consumer propositions for digital marketing / business planning
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented. Computer literate, marketing-minded, strategic yet creative thinker, self-starter, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Fluent English and Chinese communication skills, both oral and written, are essential.
  • Travel Industry experience a plus.
