Responsibilities:
- Focus on growing M.I.C.E. revenues and maximizes financial performance of the department;
- Identify new business opportunities and enhance sales on groups, events and catering to achieve company’s targets;
- Respond to enquiries, work on proposals, presentation and conduct site inspection to clients in a timely and professional manner;
- Handle daily of assigned accounts including after sales service, with the expectation to maintain long-term and close relationship with customers;
- Contribute to the selling strategy of the whole Park, and communicate with concerned departments adherence to achieving that strategy
Requirements:
- Degree / Diploma holder in Hospitality Management or relevant discipline;
- At least 1 year’s managerial experience in handling event and catering of all kinds including conversion and logistics;
- Experience in corporate & event catering operations;
- Good knowledge of market trend research and market intelligence;
- Good proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua);
- Passionate for quality service, attention to details, good organization & communication and negotiation skills, good team player
More experience will be considered as Sales Manager.
