Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for daily administrative duties of Front Office Department
  • Manage daily trace report / room change / due out reports / express check out service / billing report
  • Handle Front Desk in-coming and out-going e-mail
  • Handle Front Desk monthly report
  • Handle Front Desk incoming telephone call enquiry
  • Ensure all guest information are input correctly

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or above in hotel management or related discipline
  • Relevant experience in Front Office or Reservations is an advantage
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, able to work independently
  • Good in Mandarin and English
  • Good in Opera

Remarks

  • 5-day work week
  • Statutory Holidays
  • Monday - Friday (08:00 - 18:00)
