Job Summary

  • Assist the Director of Sales & Marketing in the development and implementation sales & marketing strategies.
  • Provides positive and aggressive leadership to ensure maximum revenue potential.
  • Ensure delivery of services in Catering and Group Sales through clear communications and coordination with all relevant departments.
  • Conduct market research on competitors’ analysis and market trends.
  • Analyzes market information by using sales systems and implements strategy to achieve company’s financial room and catering goals.
  • Develops and manages relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external.

Job Requirements

  • Degree / Diploma holder in Hospitality Management or relevant discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience gained in sizable hotel.
  • Good knowledge of market trend research and market intelligence.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented with strong leadership and problem solving skills.
  • Collaborative, proactive leader/team player within sales, event management and operations peer groups.
  • Good proficiency in written and spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin.
  • Knowledge of Delphi and Opera system is an advantage.
