Job Description:

  • Assist the Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations of the restaurant, bar, breakfast, steward and kitchen
  • Enforce hygiene, safety and compliance standards across all areas of F&B operations
  • Optimize inventory controls to mitigate spoilage and minimize waste
  • Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally. 

Job Requirement:

  • Diploma holder in Hotel/Food and Beverage Management or related disciplines
  • A minimum of 3 years relevant experience in hotel or F&B Industry.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Proven track record of having good knowledge of food and beverage production, preparation and service
