Bartender (Pre-opening and opening)

Job Description:

• Assist the Bar Manager to oversee daily bar operations (opening/closing, inventory, staffing, service flow)
• Assist in developing and updating the cocktail menu and wine list
• Maintain consistent beverage quality, presentation, and service standards
• Assist in managing bar costs, inventory control, ordering, and waste reduction
• Collaborate with the Bar Manager on promotions, events, and guest engagement
• Handle guest inquiries & complaints professionally

Job Requirement:

• Diploma in Hospitality or Hotel Management, preferably with professional hotel or food and beverage training
• Minimum of 4 years food and beverage bar experience with at least 3 years in bartender role
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, wines, spirits, and aperitivo culture
• Strong communications, interpersonal, problem solving and leadership skill
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese including Mandarin
