Responsibilities

  • Be an ambassador of HGI Brighthearted Services to deliver full set front desk service to hotel guests;
  • Acts as shift in-charge to monitor and provide assistance for front office, housekeeping and F&B operation
  • Handle guests’ enquiries, complaints and carry out room inspection for VIP guests
  • Manage emergent incidents during the assigned shift, ensure all cases are probably handled and reported;
  • Acts as a coach to provide training to team members to maintain excellent guest service;
  • Responsible for on-day room sales and night audit management

Requirements

  • Diploma holder or above in Hospitality Management or relevant discipline with about 3 years relevant experiences;
  • Mature, detail-minded, strong communication and management skills;
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese. Knowledge of Putonghua would be an advantage;
