Senior Server

We are looking for a Senior Server - Chairman Hotung Restaurant & Banquets based at The Chinese Club Hong Kong!

As an experienced senior staff, we rely on you to:

Provide quality service to guests

Ensure smooth operations of the work section appointed and strive for customer delights

Ensure that service / items are prepared according to restaurant standards

Check cleanliness of the section prior to and after service

Obtain customer feedback during operation to ensure guest satisfaction

Assist the outlet manager in the day to day operations
