Job Description:

Proprietary trading and position management of FX Options.

Main Responsibilities

Formulate and execute trading strategies to achieve annual revenue targets, with focus in FX Option trading.
Risk taking and position management. Actively manage the desk's risk exposure, including "Greeks" (Delta, Gamma, Vega), liquidity risk and operational risk.
Ensure all positions are within approved limits and comply with both internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Provide market making and pricing of FX Options for the bank's customers through different sales channels. Manage exercise and expiration processes.
Drive and participate in initiatives / projects for automation, meeting regulatory requirements or launching new products.

Requirements

Solid and relevant experience in FX Option trading preferably for 6 years or more
Strong technical knowledge in FX Option trading with track record in delivering revenue target
Great sense of ownership, discipline with strong control mindset
Excellent analytical and quantitative skills
Degree holder in Business, Finance, Mathematics or a related discipline
Proficiency in both English and Chinese
