Position Summary
The F&B Promotion Manager will lead marketing, promotions, and revenue-generating initiatives across the hotel’s food & beverage portfolio of ten restaurants. This role combines strategic planning, creative campaign development, partnership management, and close collaboration with operations to increase covers, average spend, and overall F&B revenue while protecting brand standards and guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute an annual and quarterly F&B marketing and promotions plan aligned with hotel revenue targets and seasonality.
- Identify revenue opportunities across outlets (dining, banqueting, private dining, delivery/takeaway, and events) and create targeted campaigns to drive covers and upsell.
- Establish KPIs (covers, average check, ADR for private dining, incremental revenue, ROI) and track performance.
Campaign Development & Execution
- Create promotional concepts (menus, seasonal campaigns, festive offerings, themed events, chef collaborations, tasting menus) tailored to each outlet’s positioning and target segments.
- Oversee creative development — marketing copy, imagery briefings, POS materials, digital assets, email campaigns, and social content.
- Coordinate cross-functional launch activities with operations, culinary, revenue management, PR, and sales teams to ensure seamless execution.
Revenue & Distribution
- Partner with Revenue Management and Reservations to optimize F&B pricing, set promotional offers, and manage inventory/capacity controls (seatings, covers, private dining).
- Work with third-party dining platforms, concierge, and corporate accounts to drive bookings and partnerships.
Partnerships & Events
- Identify and manage strategic partnerships (suppliers, brand collaborations, beverage houses, media, influencers) to amplify campaigns and co-marketing opportunities.
- Plan and coordinate in-house events, launches, and F&B activations with relevant stakeholders, ensuring profitability and brand alignment.
Measurement & Reporting
- Monitor campaign performance and produce weekly/monthly reports for F&B leadership and hotel management with insights and recommendations.
Teamwork
- Work closely with outlet managers, beverage managers, culinary team, and service staff to ensure promotional knowledge and upselling execution.
- Provide briefings on campaign messaging, suggestive selling, and guest engagement techniques.
Brand & Guest Experience
- Ensure all promotions align with hotel brand standards and deliver a consistent guest experience.
- Monitor guest feedback across channels and work with operations to address issues and capture learnings.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or above in hotel management or related discipline
- 3-5 year experience in a hotel / related department
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Pleasant and outgoing personality
- Good command of spoken English & Mandarin
