Job Summary:

Experienced and strategic administrator of Business Development who will be responsible for administrative work on Virtual Office & Coworking tema. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration, with a focus on achieving results and fostering team success.

 

Responsibility:

  • Responsible for administrative work including contract agreement, third-party request from clients, and AR management
  • Manage the operation of Coworking floor
  • Handle client renewal and new sales

 

Requirement:

  • Graduation in any related specialised field
  • At least 3 years of administration experiences in premium Hotels, Business Centres, Leasing or any relevant field
  • Experience in leasing industry would be an advantage

 

Essential Skill:

  • Product Knowledge
  • Proven experience in sales, particularly in selling to SME and corporate clients.
  • Member Relations
  • Networking and Relationship Building Financial Management
