Assistant Accounts Receivable Supervisor (Hotel Exp. is a must)

We are now looking for caliber candidates for our Accounting Department:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily City Ledger transfers and timely invoice dispatch
  • Adjust Agoda commissions for the 3% Hotel Accommodation Tax (HAT)
  • Reconcile daily/monthly OTA bookings against the PMS system
  • Audit daily credit card settlements against bank statements
  • Assist with aging reports, journal vouchers, and month-end closing
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned


Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience in the hotel industry is a MUST
  • LCCI Level 3/Diploma, or above in Accounting, Hospitality, or a related discipline
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and hotel property management systems (PMS)
  • Detail-oriented, able to work independently, and possesses strong communication skills
  • Less experience will be considered as Senior Accounting Clerk
  • Immediate availability is preferred
