Responsibilities:
Analyze customer segments, product sales and marketing trends to find business opportunities and drive the business growth.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to support daily operations and strategic decisions.
Develop segment strategies, business plans and marketing plans via data analysis. And monitor results and progress.
Conduct the UAT and launch in production. Complete the manuals and paper work.
Coordinate with internal and external business partners on business operation/development.
Provide supports to the frontline.
Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. Data, Business, IT, Mathematics or related).
Minimum 1 year experience in data analysis, or digit system development.
Knowledge of SQL or related programming language. Knowledge of AI is perferred
Good team spirit, self-motivated, independent, able to work under pressure and sensitive to market changes.
Good written & spoken English and Chinese.
