Building Engineer/ Maintenance Engineer, Projects

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the day-to-day repair & maintenance of a mixed property portfolio of office, industrial, residential, commercial & retail propertie
• Supervise the contractors on site and check quality and progress of works, to ensure quality workmanship and output
• Handle emergency cases including breakdown of essential building services system and Ad-hoc projects
• Any other works as directed by Manager, Projects & Building Services Department from time to time

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Building Services / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering / Facilities Management / Building Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years’ relevant working experience preferably gained in property developers, management companies in property maintenance or related field
• Registered Electrical Worker License “A” Holder or above
• Proficient in AutoCAD
• Good command in computer skills, speaking and writing English and Chinese
• Proactive, good time management and ability to work independently and handle multi-task
• Knowledge of Minor Works System & Buildings Ordinance
