Job Responsibilities:
Execute order placement and handle customer’s enquiries
Monitor trading activities / client positions and implement risk control
Conduct proposal on securities business project and the policy / operation procedures
Perform system testing and assist in system monitoring
Facilitate daily administrations and prepare related documents
Participate ad hoc assignments or projects assigned by supervisors
Handle customer’s enquiries regarding stock transaction, corporate action and other enquiries
Support marketing and promotional activities to enhance the securities business
Review daily transactions and various transaction reports
Participate ad hoc assignments
Job Requirements:
University degree and at least 3 years relevant experience
HKSI Paper: 1, 7 and 8
Experience in stock markets, handling securities and product inquiries, financial transactions for Hong Kong, China, US stocks
Familiar with relevant regulations and requirements within its own disciplineIndependent, creative and aggressive attitude
Strong sense of responsibility and able to work under pressure
