Assistant Chief Engineer  (5-days work week)

Job Duties:

• Supervise the technician team in carrying out maintenance and repair works
• Ensure all hotel facilities are in reliable and functional condition, and that all work areas are tidy and safe
• Conduct regular inspection tours, develop maintenance plans, and monitor work progress and equipment conditions
• Coordinate with contractors and other departments to carry out routine maintenance and repair works

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar capacity; hotel experience is preferred
• Strong knowledge of hotel operations, facility management, hotel licensing procedures, and fire systems
• Holder of a Registered Electrical Worker License (Grade A or above) is preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills; mature and self-driven
