Barista (咖啡師)

Responsibilities:

  • Provide hospitality customer service to customers through prompt service, quality beverages and products, and maintain a clean and comfortable environment.
  • Provide quality beverages and food products consistently for all customers by adhering to all recipes under the hotel's standard.
  • Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
  • Manage stock and inventory.
  • Maintain smooth and efficient operation.
  • Maintain the coffee counter and restaurant tidy and clean, ensuring the environment of the shop operation is smooth and safe.
  • Experience as a coffee shop Barista will be preferred, but less experience with a good attitude will also be considered.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of barista or relevant F&B experience is preferred.
  • Knowledge of coffee counter operation and coffee art is preferred.
  • A professional barista certificate or training in Food Management/Food Hygiene is an advantage.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently while also being a strong team player.
  • Genuine passion for coffee, beverages, and hospitality, with a positive and service-minded attitude.
  • Fluent in Cantonese and English.
