What You'll Do / Responsibilities: 

  • Provide quality services to residents in clubhouse 
  • Ensure the customer services provided is up to service standard of the company 
  • Plan and organize various recreational activities and events 
  • Handle customer enquiries & complaints and cultivate harmonious relationship with residents 
  • To coach our service staff to deliver exceptional customer services and provide assistance to them when required

  • You will work with the property services and customer services team and external services providers to provide excellent services to all residents and guests.

Requirements: 

  • Diploma holder in hospitality management or related disciplines 
  • Minimum 2-3 years’ practical experience in club house or customer services field 
  • Solid working experience in club house working environment is a must 
  • Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) 
  • Proficiency in MS Office 
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Pleasant personality with helpful, friendly, tactful, patient and proactive character
