Associate (Treasury Operations)

We are looking for high-calibre individuals to join the Operations Department for serving the HKMC Group.

Job Responsibilities:

• Support treasury operations and settlements for all treasury activities, including documentation review and payment execution;

• Perform daily account and position reconciliation;

• Support loan administration duties and monitor the performance of appointed loan servicers and agents;

• Conduct financial calculation and data analysis with MS Excel and Access;

• Provide documents management services;

• Participate in ad hoc duties or projects; and

• The employment will be on contract basis subject to renewal.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related disciplines, preferably with 1 year of relevant working experience in commercial banks or financial institutions;

• Attention to details, high degree of accuracy, able to work independently, under pressure and meet tight deadlines;

• Self-motivated, proactive working attitude, eager to learn and willing to take up new responsibilities;

• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese;

• Proficient in computer operation including MS Word and MS Excel, knowledge in MS Access an added advantage; and

• Fresh graduates are also welcomed.
