As a Guest Relations Officer, you’ll not only be the person they rely on to handle transactions, offer local insights and anticipate every detail of a friction-free experience. You’ll also create the warm atmosphere that makes our guests feel at home in any location.
Job Responsibilities
- Achieves the highest possible guest satisfaction to current and future guests through personal recognition and prompt cordial attention from arrival through departure
- Ensures IHG Loyalty Program members consistently receive all benefits, repeat guests and other VIP’s receive special recognition and service
- Greets all guests at all times in a friendly & provide check-in and check-out services for guests in a professional manner.
- Attends to guest’s complaints, inquiries and requests.
Job Requirement
- Degree or Vocational Certificate in Hotel Administration, Hotel Management or equivalent.
- 2 years' experience in guest / customer service, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Pleasant personality, customer-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in both written and spoken English.
- Overnight allowance is entitled to overnight shift.
- Immediate available is highly preferred.
- Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Lobby Host.
