Sales Executive

Job Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and yearly personal sales goals and maximise profitability set by the department head
• Sells to new, existing and prospective customers considering goals set forth in the sales strategy, negotiating optimum rate for the benefit of the business
• Understands and manages related IHG sales system, including, but not limited to, IBP, I-RFP, Sales Sources, IHG Way of Sales etc
• Maintains the relationship with OTA market manager to maximizing revenue and marketing exposure
• Works with the entire Sales Team to improve team performance in all aspects
• Plans and conducts familiarization tours, site inspections and entertainments with potential clients
• Maintains knowledge of special rates/offers/promotions/products/service of the Hotel, One Rewards and IHG

Job Requirement

• Degree / Higher Diploma holder in Hospitality Management or Marketing or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of hospitality Sales or Front Office experience
• Self-motivated to achieve target with minimal supervision
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Candidates with more Sales experience will be consider as Assistant Sales Manager
• Immediate available is highly preferred
