Human Resources Trainee (3 to 6-Month Internship)

What you will do:

• Provide all-round support to the Human Resources Division
• Assist in organizing and coordinating training sessions and development programmes
• Support employee engagement initiatives and internal events
• Build rapport and communicate effectively with associates across different departments to ensure smooth HR operations

What you should have:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or diploma in Hospitality, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong interest in human resources and hospitality industry
• Good administrative and organizational skills, with keen attention to detail
• Effective communication skills in English & Cantonese are required, both written and spoken; knowledge of Mandarin is a plus
• Proactive, reliable, and able to work collaboratively in a multicultural workplace
