Settlement & Clearing Officer / Associate - Virtual Asset (VA) / Fintech

Job Highlights:

VA Focus: Responsible for daily settlement, reconciliation, and on-chain transfers

We are looking for a detail-oriented Settlement Officer with solid experience in Virtual Assets (VA) to join our back-office team. You will be responsible for the end-to-end settlement process for digital asset trading, ensuring timely and accurate transfer of fiat and cryptocurrencies

Job Responsibilities：

• Trade Settlement: Handle daily settlement of Virtual Asset transactions (e.g., BTC, ETH, USDT) and fiat currencies (HKD/USD) for institutional and retail clients
• On-chain Operations: Execute on-chain transfers (ERC-20, TRC-20, BEP-20, etc.), manage gas fees, and monitor blockchain confirmations to ensure transaction finality
• Wallet Management: Administer whitelist addresses, perform withdrawal approvals, and assist in internal wallet reconciliations (hot/cold wallets)
• Reconciliation: Perform daily reconciliation between internal ledgers, exchange records, and on-chain data; investigate and resolve any breaks or stuck transactions
• Corporate Actions: Handle VA corporate actions such as forks, airdrops, and token swaps, updating records accordingly
• Compliance Support: Work closely with AML/CTF team to ensure all settlements comply with SFC Travel Rule and sanctions screening

Job Requirements：

• Education: Associate Degree / Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, IT, or related discipline
• Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of settlement experience in financial institutions, ideally with exposure to both Virtual Assets (e.g., Bitcoin, Ethereum)
• Understanding of blockchain transactions (on-chain/off-chain) and wallet management
• Familiar with blockchain explorers (Bitcoin, Ethereum) and common wallets (MetaMask, Trust Wallet)
• Shift Flexibility: Willing to work on shift rotation (including nights/weekends) to support 7x24 crypto market operations
• Detail-oriented: High accuracy and ability to work under pressure during peak settlement periods
