Job Purpose:

Direct and supervise the junior staff in performing the loan processing and administration including conduct loan interviews, data input into the system and loan disbursement.

Main Responsibilities:

Assist in day-to-day management of branch operation and ensure to deliver high quality service to customers.
Perform credit analysis, evaluation and recommend loan approval according to the established credit guideline.
Coach and train junior staff on delivering both quality service and sale support activity.
Conduct telemarketing calls to promote personal loan products.

Incumbent Requirements:

Form 5 / Matriculated or above.
At least 3 years' experience in Finance/ Banking industry specialized in Consumer Finance business.
Familiar with branch operation & loan application processing
Good interpersonal and communication skill.
Good knowledge of MS office.
Good command of written & spoken English and Chinese.
