Assistant, Loans & Credit Operations

You will be responsible for performing property discharge, as well as loan processing of Commercial Loans.
Main Responsibilities:
- Handle Property Discharge Transactions
- Contact Solicitors for any discrepancy on Discharge Instructions
- Arrange to release Title Deeds to Solicitors
- Handle drawdown, rollover and settlement of Term Loan
- Back-up for other Loan Operational Function within / Cross Team
- Take up any ad hoc assignments from Supervisor / Manager
Incumbent Requirements:
- Matriculated or above
- Minimum 1 year in bank operations, preferably related to loan operations
- Basic bank product knowledge and accounting principles
- Candidate with the qualification of Certified Banker is an advantage
