Fitness Officer / Fitness Assistant

We are looking for Fitness Officer / Fitness Assistant based at Aberdeen Marina Club!

As a Fitness Officer / Fitness Assistant, we rely on you to:

• Ensure the smooth daily operation of the Fitness Centre and Health Club facilities
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards of gym facilities and equipment
• Proactively interact with members, providing general fitness guidance and facility usage support
• Support personal trainers by coordinating bookings, fitness training, and orientation programmes
• Monitor equipment conditions, coordinate repairs, and manage maintenance schedules
• Perform routine checks and other duties as assigned by management

We are looking for someone who has:

• Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience, preferably in fitness, health club, or hospitality
• General knowledge of fitness equipment and exercise practices
• Customer-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-minded, well-organised, and a strong team player
• Proficiency in English and Chinese
