We are looking for a Club Chef / Executive Sous Chef based at The Aberdeen Marina Club!
As a Club Chef / Executive Sous Chef, we rely on you to:
- Support the Executive Chef in managing daily kitchen operations
- Lead, supervise and develop a large culinary team
- Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation meet company standards
- Plan menus, cost recipes, and control food & labour costs
- Oversee stock management, ordering, and kitchen inventory
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and compliance
- Drive team performance, training, and engagement
We are looking for someone who has:
- Certificate in Culinary Arts or related discipline
- Minimum 8 years of relevant kitchen experience in a similar capacity
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Sound knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English and Cantonese preferred
